Monkeys: The Cute AND Funny Double Threat

I really want to know how video's like this one make it on to the CNN home page three days after the fact. Yeah, the story is funny, and the first time I saw it I wondered why it wasn't on CNN, but that was Friday, and now it is Monday. But I guess people don't care, because a monkey in a diaper stopping traffic is funny on all the days of the week.
